first take off any nail polish


wash hands really well, under nails.


(soak nails in gelatin optional)


push cuticles back and apply lotion to


entire hand, nails included,


(petroleum jelly is great for nails)


then wait a couple minutes for it to soak. then wipe hands and nails.


apply a thin layer of clear nail polish, wait for it to dry completely then add one more thin layer.

everyday apply cream then push cuticles back.


and apply another thin layer of clear (also apply over the top of the nail to keep it from snagging.)





another good tip is to make sure your taking your vitamins.
