oh, those are called ';ghetto daggers';..I usually see them on poor, black women (this is based on my personal sightings, not intended to be racially profiling) or white, trailer park whore, women.
I saw one young black woman working the register at a Burger King with these long nails that had pieces of USA paper money glued on them!
