The best way to have healthy nails is to start with a good nutrition. Make sure to eat healthy food like fresh fruits , vegetables, and cereals that contain vitamin C, B6, Niacin, and Biotin. Also good source of protein like lean meat, chicken or fish is important. What is for sure you might need iron supplements which are important for nail growth if you are a vegetarian. Another thing that works is to add 1 envelope of gelatin(7g) to your juice in the morning and drink it. Also don't forget to buff your nails with a 3 way buffer. This will help them grow since it improves circulation.Recepy for long nails?
don't know of a recipe - but - this has worked for me for over ten years: glitter nailpolish, a good strenthening top coat, and a wonderful vitamin called biotin. biotin is inexpensive and is great for many things - hair, skin and nails. glitter nail polish help protect your nails until they start growing and exfoliates them when you remove the polish. also, always make sure you file your nails with a clean emery board and while you still have polish on your nails. once your nails start to grow, you don't have to stick with glitter polish. and so far - the best quick dry polish out there is by rimmel.
Oo, you meant receipe, I was wondering what you meant. To make your nails grow, drink water and eat healthy and they'll get healthy and long.
I don't know a formula per se, but one good tip to MAINTAING long nails is to keep them clean and moisturize them with lotion. Your nails are just like your skin, they can become dry and weak. The lotion protects the nails from become dry, brittle and easy to chip once they are long.
gelatin like in jello is good for hair and nails so eat lots of jello and it is fat free good healthy snack.
